WHAT SETS US APART: A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE…

Scribeasy.com is our AI-powered visual storytelling platform, first designed in 2015 as an iOS app for parents, then schools and tutors. Following an Innovate UK investment, it expanded into a B2B engagement platform for cultural organisations, libraries, museums and public health teams—helping them reach, inspire and creatively engage wider audiences through their content and research.

With access to rich content, Scribeasy lets children make imaginative choices among places, characters, objects, and prompts. Today, our story method continues to offer a versatile, content-agnostic, intuitive and enjoyable way for children to learn.

Reluctant writers, neurodiverse learners, and children learning English as an additional language can securely upload photographs, compose scenes, explore vocabulary and develop skills at their own pace and through themes they love, seamlessly building communication, vocabulary, creativity, confidence and emotional literacy.

Over the past decade, our insights have grown through close collaboration with educators, librarians, artists, therapists, and community practitioners. Over six years, we built the AI-powered analytics and reflection engine at its core, drawing on a proprietary corpus of 1.7 million words from more than 2,200 active users.

Scribeasy is used across a wide range of educational, cultural and community settings. Long-running partnerships with libraries in Enfield and Redbridge have supported creative learning programmes. Southwark’s Public Health and School Superzone projects helped children in school connect with the council to learn about healthy places, identity, wellbeing and the local environment.

In a 2023 commissioned project for Southwark Council's Public Health team, Scribeasy's method achieved 87% retention across a series of workshops with a deliberately hard-to-reach cohort, 5/5 participant satisfaction, and over 16,000 campaign impressions. Such projects demonstrate the platform's ability to build trust and engagement with vulnerable, diverse communities through museum learning activities, holiday workshops, and community engagement projects that combine digital creativity with hands-on making, discussion, and collaborative learning.

Alongside a secure platform, Scribeasy.com offers AI-assisted lesson creation, structured creative session guides, and a B2B analytics dashboard. It gives learners, schools, libraries, and delivery partners visibility into engagement across their programmes. With more than ten years of continuous development and practical application, we’re proud to be a trusted resource for teachers, tutors, librarians, creative practitioners and creative health professionals seeking engaging, inclusive ways to build literacy, confidence and meaningful participation.

Trust, Co-Creation, Dedication

Immersive, multi-sensory storytelling that’s engaging, memorable, and evidenced.

Research shows immersive narratives raise empathy and persuasive impact compared with less immersive/flat media, and that giving people meaningful agency in a story deepens their engagement with it.

We design deliberately to meet the person where they are, amplify what matters, and to ensure their authentic choice and story is communicated.
